Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine Pro and Teams subscriptions?
Yes. You can have both Pro and Teams active simultaneously. However, we recommend the Ultimate plan which combines both in one subscription.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. For teams, you keep your team data but lose full dashboard access. Nothing is ever deleted — your data remains available if you resubscribe.
Can I switch between plans?
Upgrades are immediate with proration. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep access until then.
Do yearly plans save money?
Yes. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and get 12. It is the best way to save on any plan.
What is a Verified Team?
Verified Teams have an active paid subscription (Teams or Ultimate). The badge appears publicly on the team page and in the teams directory. Free teams do not get the Verified badge.
Do team members need a paid plan?
No. Only the team owner needs a paid subscription. Team members get full access to the team dashboard regardless of their personal plan.
What happens if I downgrade from Ultimate to Teams?
You keep the team dashboard and the same team limits, but lose Pro personal tools at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Not yet. We are working on trial options for the future. For now, all plans start immediately upon purchase.
